This page sets out all the terms for using the gdc33 platform, including account policies, bonus rules, and payment details.
Section 1 — Introduction & Scope
1 General Overview
gdc33 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document apply to the gdc33 website and all services operated under it. By accessing the platform or managing an account, you are fully accepting these Terms.
gdc33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Regular users of the platform are advised to review this page periodically.
2 Scope of Application
These Terms apply equally to all of the following:

- Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services
- Bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programmes
- Financial transactions — deposits and withdrawals
- All customer service and support activities
Section 2 — Account Opening & Management
3 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at gdc33, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (for persons aged 21 and above only — 21+).
- You must be a real individual and open the account in your own identity.
- One person may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information — providing false information may result in permanent account termination.
4 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the gdc33 support team immediately.
Responsibility for all activities carried out on a customer's account lies with the account holder, unless it is proven that the account was compromised due to a security failure on gdc33's own part.
5 Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
gdc33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Providing false or misleading information
- One person operating multiple accounts
- Bonus fraud or system abuse
- Financial fraud or use of unauthorised payment methods
- Attempting to gain access to another user's account
- Serious breach of any provision of these Terms

6 Accepted Payment Methods
gdc33 currently supports the following payment methods:

- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
Payment methods other than those listed above are not accepted.

8 Withdrawal Policy
The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus must be met before requesting a withdrawal (see Section 4). Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
gdc33 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is completed if required. If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held while an investigation is ongoing.
Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotions
9 Welcome Bonus
New players at gdc33 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus calculation examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳18,000
10 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.
Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus → ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
- The time limit for meeting the wagering requirements is set by gdc33.
- If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
- Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and winnings.
11 General Bonus Policy
All bonus offers are for personal use only and are non-transferable. gdc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. In the event of any dispute relating to a bonus, gdc33's decision will be considered final.
Section 5 — VIP & Loyalty Programme
12 VIP Tiers
The gdc33 VIP programme has three tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

Section 6 — Gaming Rules & Fair Play
13 Fair Play Policy
gdc33 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verifiable.
- Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play is prohibited.
- Taking unfair advantage of any technical error in the system is a punishable offence.
- Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game will be treated as a punishable offence.
- If suspicious activity is detected, gdc33 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
14 Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it is proven that incorrect information was displayed due to a technical error. Only illustrative descriptions apply in sports betting markets — no information based on specific matches or dates is provided.
Section 7 — Responsible Gaming
15 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting
gdc33 prioritises responsible gambling. Players can contact the customer service team to set deposit limits, betting limits, or to temporarily suspend their account.
- If a player requests it, the account will be temporarily closed for a specified period.
- A permanent self-exclusion request will close the account for good.

16 Protection of Minors
Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing at gdc33. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are requested to monitor their children's online activity.

If a disagreement arises between gdc33 and a player, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through discussion. In disputes relating to bonuses or games, gdc33's log data will be considered the definitive evidence.
Section 10 — Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous
20 Limitation of Liability
gdc33 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a technical error
- If loss occurs as a result of the player's own negligence or breach of these Terms
- In the event of an account being compromised by an unauthorised third party
- Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives
21 Changes to Terms
gdc33 may change these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
22 Entire Agreement
These terms, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between gdc33 and the user. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
